Im pretty sure its just the very slow server for apparently a lot of people. The gallery has its flaws but nothing that bad that it causes 90% less clicks imo.

gallery looks good, loads quick, picture selection sucks... the first 10 pictures are completely useless. Showing less only works with softcore.
