Why do you tards have opinions about shit you know nothing about?

Like whether or not the dead airplane guy said he had a bomb. None of you tards were there. How can you argue the point either way?

And they let you morons vote?

"scholars" used to say that the world was flat and some everyday people bought it... but a few questioned it.

If you don't understand the difference between scholars from 16th century and some retard watching soundbites on CNN and then posting to GFY, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to explain it to you.

Well, let's see... in one scenario, you just have some guy's word to go on.
In the other scenario, you have hear say, audio clips, news reports, witness reports and other information all coming at you from many directions with which to base an opinion/assumption on.

So in the 16th century, you hear something once from one person, and form an opinion.
In the 21st century, you hear something 37 times a day from the net, tv, radio, friends, neighbors and so on... and you think that they possibly won't have an opinion on it?? Despite not being there?

Seriously. You should consider the difference yourself.

It's one thing to state an oppinion. It's another thing to spew "matter of fact" bullshit like: "That bastard had a bomb. Cops did the right thing! Good riddance! "

ah, but that's not what all these "news sources" want you to do... they don't want to give you info to base an opinion... they want to tell you what to think.
Each one of them competes with the other so they give you what they heard as "facts". And in so doing, the people turn around and repeat what they heard.
Two people who hear two different news sources reports will very likely argue over what actually happened because they heard 2 different "facts" about the story.

And yet still, you can't expect a civilization based on instant information coming in thousands of frequency bands across hundreds of mediums to not listen to it. Once it's out there, it's in their head and once in there, it's an opinion that's just waiting to get out.

After seeing this thread, I am convinced you are "special" and should be pitied, not mocked.

You started this thread. And we are all entitled to our opinion, and some of us have informed opinions.

Everyone is very opinionated here.

I especially like the people that chime in a thread discussing a stock that they obviously don't have a fucking clue about.
