ok say you wanted to make a site where girls could post their self pictures, what could i do to make sure they were over 18...would a disclaimer and a box that asked their age be enough ?

model release, a contract with them basically and 2 copies of their id. one picture, and another government issued but dosen't have to be picture.

i was reading up on this a few months back actually. took some photos of a girl for fun
