there's not much to devastate in N.O. anymore, and everyone's gone already. seems a shame to have to spend another 20 billion rebuilding houston.

what are your thoughts?

there won't be that same amount of damage to houston since its above sea level. Still kind of sucks though. Hopefully it weakens before it hits.

i saw an engineer on MSNBC talking about a direct hit to houston (category 5). they estimated 18 BILLION in WIND damage alone.
