dumb question i know...is this a site that's already built, loaded with content and ready to go? So when you buy it theres nothing left to do but update it?

that's about it... but there are different levels of turnkey as well... some may come complete with content, design, traffic, and all...
some may only come with content and design....
some may only come with design....

best to ask details before buying one so you don't expect one thing and get another.
