Why would any affiliate webmaster want to promote "privacy" products that delete sponsor cookies, affect trade scripts, HTTP referrer, etc.?

PrivacyRevenue....the following is a legitimate question. Please treat it as such.

Trustsoft, dba as Swanksoft was hit with an injunction by the FTC in June of 2005. This injunction included charges for such things as violations to the Can-Spam act, misleading and false advertising, and so on, just to name a few of the offences.

Further, the assets of Trustsoft, dba Swanksoft were frozen at that time.

So, the questions are:

1) Are the assets of yoru company still frozen? If so, how do you propose that you will pay affiliates? If not, can you please provide a link to the official FTC removal of injunctions.

2) What are you doing different now that makes your company and product trustworthy and a good product for the consumer?

I look forward to your response.

P.S. Further to my reply above, the injunction and other FTC documents can be found here:

A look at the profile for Privacyrevenue shows that he logged in today at 4:28 p.m. From his lack of any response to the questions I posted, I would say it is safe to assume that this company should be avoided at all cost.

The FTC did enforce an injunction against this company in June, and as far as I can tell, the assets for this company are still frozen, to allow for a potential requirement for restitution to all of the scammed consumers.
