(Putting on consulting hat) The domain might make for a great lawncare ecommerce site. As long as the back-end order fulfilment is handled efficiently and passed on to a brick and mortar distributor (ie., drop shipper), weed.com might work out quite nicely as a niche ecommerce site. Another thing Brand0n can do is set it up as a zipcode-specific directory for lawncare businesses and contractors. This business usually runs on word of mouth, it would be nice to have a site that rationalizes buying decisions by having user reviews, service reviews, and featured articles. IMHO
If I had the money, I wouldnt hesitate to pay the 7 figure price tag for that. In the right hands with the right CPM sponsors, that domain could bring in 50K-100K monthly without hesitation.
