And kman, i'm thinking you are only doing galleries and tgp hosting with your sites. And then webair is really the best host to go with if you do that.

But once you do real money, way more than the probably not even thousand a day that you do, and have deals with major programs that pre pay you, you will understand what sites not loading is like. And that you can get truly pissed.

I was not going to post on this thread because it started to turn into a pissing match and I usually avoid those. But then I just wanted to try and clear the air a bit because it's starting to stink in here.

FuqALot, I don't recall speaking with you (then again I don't know who you are ) I am not tech or standard support guy like you said. I do try to be friendly to all clients so thanks for recognizing that.

I appologize for any problems you may have had. In any business you have to do all you can to keep customers happy and that is very important to me.

As any hosting company knows you have to treat the little fish as well as the big fish with top notch service and support.

1. The small virtual accounts add up and are a huge part of any host's business.

2. The small virtual accounts very often upgrade to dedicated servers and then some. As their business grows so does the hosting plan.

Hi thnx for your reply but like i said in my last post i already fixed stuff with michael. i dont need anything for free, no ded no virtual no nothing. what i want is my sites to be loading and tech support. but now its all good. ofcourse im using multiple hosts though.

i'm another guy, very fussy about my boxes.

no host is perfect. and there have been a few small glitches over the years.

and i've had a whole bunch of hosts since 1995. my boxes are at webair.

if you look at the worldwide connectivity by doing a multi traceroute and really take a look at number of hops and transfer speeds you will understand why.

National-Net and Swiftwill Hosting are pretty close to having a perfect setup / being perfect; both fully managed so you the client can't fuck things up.
