go to bellevue, 140th and Bel-Red Road where the safeway, staples etc. In that connected strip mall is a place called the Natural Pantry (i think). if you are facing the building, its on the right side of Safeway. I was just there last night and bought ephedra there.

its a red bottle with red capsules called "natural...." something.

If you can get your hands on VPX's Clenbutrex, that stuff is the strongest I've heard of and used with Ephedra. It is liquid, brown, and tastes like shit--it comes with a syringe that you squeeze the liquid in...i know, it sounds crackheadish!!! I bought it a Nutrition store though-lol

It's the same thing as ephedra, just synthetic. Ephedrine has been used on kids with asthma for year, and in much higher doses. Just make sure you don't overdo it and cycle properly.

i think you can use it all you want until it loses its effect - then typically it takes at least two weeks minimum and often more for your body to build up its sensitivity again (beta 2 cell receptors become desensitized but recover fairly quickly). you should also be using it with caffeine and aspirin for optimum results.

ok. I bought the vasopro and 200mg caffiene tabs. What does adding asprin to the mix actually do? I've been told to do that before but never understood why

i have no idea why aspirin helps now that i think about it. ephedra and caffeine are both thermogenics and can cause increased fat loss during exercise and for whatever reason, aspirin can enhance the thermogenic effects of the ephedra and caffeine. aspirin can also cause stomach problems though in high doses for a prolonged period of time. i think thats why all the thermogenics like hydroxy cut, ripped fuel, xenedrine and so on used to use white willow bark instead of aspirin and it had a similar effect as the aspirin does.

The aspirin has many theories to it and some believe it works and some believe it isn't needed. On paper, the aspirin should increase thermogenesis which would speed up your metabolism and help in the weight loss. Some people take it because caffeine causes them headaches. Personally, I've done it both ways, and I feel a little more wired with the aspirin (could be just in my head though). I wouldn't suggest a full aspirin though. You can pick up a pack of baby aspirin and pop one with your stack. Either way, the benefits seem marginal at best and many people don't even use it.

As for the cycle question, that is also a hotly debated topic. Some people say that it doesn't matter if you go on or off, and that the effects always remain the same. I've always seen better results going on and off though. I usually go on for 4 weeks and off for 2. The first few days I only stack once, and the last few days the same. I usually only stack twice a day, but I have gone to 3 in the middle of a cycle.

Couple things you may already know. Don't take it after 4pm unless you want to be up half the night. Also, don't overdo it. Start at one a day, and you'll feel a little tingle and some energy. Then move to two when you feel comfortable. When I started, I stacked 3 times a day right off the bat and I just felt agitated, jittery, and downright crappy. Now I can stack 3 times in a day and just feel a little more alert. Lastly, the best time to take it is an hour before a meal.
