Dutch access provider xs4all.nl (KPN daughter) offers free wifi with over 40
hotspots in NL

Awsome, Mayor Newsome (?) said he wanted free wifi available to the whole city and was going to put it out to bid. Worst case scenario was that SF would offer broadband wifi to everyone in SF for a nominal fee like $10.00/mo. Must suck to be Comcast and SBC!
