They've been around for years while other processors have been going tits up. Regular payouts like clock work and never a bounced wire or cheque. Their admin/stats is stuck back in 96 so you'd need a cmi like nats or whatnot. Other then that I'm happy with them and being a non usa processor is nice as well.

Both Verotel.com and SegPay.com are two processors who don't access your funds before a payout - a major factor considering few others, if any, can claim the same or have any form of indemnity in the event of their demise.

I completely hate them, they still owe me about $1850 from a non-adult related site, and another $570 from a penis enlargement site. I never got my money, no matter how many times I tried to contact them, nothing ever happened. When I'd get ahold of them on the phone, they'd ask for my information so they could pull my account up, then they would hang up on me.Comment

Verotel are average in every sense of the word. They pay what they owe and on time but their customer service sucks, They have never removed or questioned any of my sites (except when I was using Paypal as well) but their stats suck and trying to find your way around the client area is a chore.. But on the plus side they are free and when you first want to join them they are eager to help. They will even set up the billing system for you although if you decide to do it yourself it's a peice of piss..Comment
