Nice place but if I was to critique it, I would say average at best when it comes to the architectural elements relative to form versus function. Seems a little cut up to me by the pics provided. The kitchen and master bath are a little sterile for my taste relative to the use of materials used. My first impression of the facade gives the feeling of well rooted and that is what I would expect the interior elements to be perceived as but again from an architectural stand point, it falls short. Please tell me that is not Pergo flooring either.
The views are great and the property itself is nice piece of land. Good luck and many years of happiness with your new place. It has a lot of potential. |

The house looks incredible, are those last few pics the view from your house or just pics around Austin? At first it looks like a country home but then with the city so close, I can't tell. Either way, it looks awesome.

Lake Travis is incredible! I've been many times and its absolutely gorgeous.
