EU Corporations - buying online

I'm trying to collect research on purchasing an EU corporation online. Not a website with just info, but a website where one can select the corp type and pay. Obviously there's searching, but who wants to go with whoever bid the most?

For billing reasons, it needs to be an EU corp. I'd prefer one with favorable tax advantages -- Gibralter no longer qualifies.

Who did you use? How did you choose? Do you trust them? Would you recommend them? (Negative feedback also appreciated.)

You pay tax where you reside not where you earn the money

An corporation attorney recently told me that Gibralter is going to start taxing non-resident corporations as of next year.

Depends where you want a corp and what country you are currently resident! :-)

Here's the main formation agent in for UK companies...

... you can order one online, - again, depending on your circumstances, this probably would need to be a non-resident company.

There have been changes in Gibraltar, tho nothing that would disqualify it in any way as a potential jurisdiction - there are 101 ways to skin the cat - all legitimate and legal.

Sure does TL!!

For folks that don't know much about this - they really have a meet with a lawyer for a rundown. In some instances, probably two lawyers, one in their home country and one in the foreign jurisdiction. I've never once met a "home country" lawyer or accountant who had a *real* clue about offshore - they ain't there and never lived it.

By listening hard to all of em - ya "should" have got the clue by then! :-) The costs of this are worth every dime and can be the best education ya ever will have. It's not just about buying corps or the cost of this.

PS And in countries where ya can swat lawyers like flies - rest assured they are even less qualified. Research and contact the best you can find.
