I was there from the very begining. The internet was young. They thought it was just going to blow over.
Seth (who owned IEG) took advantage of the waiver of liability they signed and a new era of watching video on the Internet was born.
They never received a dime. They were literally duped BUT THEY SIGNED THE WAIVER FOR NO $$$!
They sued S&D Video and IEG a couple years later for releasing the hard DVD version and the Judge awarded them $1.7 million if I recall correctly.
In all the years that 10's of millions of $'s were made - they got NOTHING.
It was the biggest selling Adult Film in "Modern History" until the Paris Video came out. :)
However, if you look around at any online or local adult video retailer TODAY, you'll find that the video was recently re-released by Vivid Video.
