My 9 year old son plays drums, he plays this one at school, and has a small full set of drums at home, I'm think of getting him a full set of Pearl drums for Christmas if he excels in his drum lessons

I play guitar, a little bit of bass, and I had a drum kit I used to pound on. I was never good at it nor did I take lessons, but it was fun playing along to my favorite tunes.

I was in a band back in the mid./late 90's.

Played all over Canada.

We even scored a really crappy record deal with EMI.

Those were the days

Tama Starclassics? If so BUY THEM. Best drums I have ever owned. I prefer ddrums over roland's although I haven't tested either in a long time.
