After the fabulous auction with the folks over at YNOT Radio yesterday, I realise I need to get my booty in gear on my own porn meets charity project if I'm going to do any good! Both Halcyon and myself have been working full bore on this to get it off the ground and we've already had many generous donations of help from our industry family, so a big thank you to you!

Right now, I need models! We are trying to finish promo materials for PINK+AID so we can start contacting sponsors and media. First I need to add a few more women (or men) to the "Featured Participants" list - so if you think you might be able to be a part of this project, and would like to be featured in promo material, let me know ASAP! as for requests, i think everything you're doing sounds great! if you're doing this with intent/energy towards helping disaster victims, however you can get that across (words next to pics on the site, talking for a minute before your play gets started about why you're doing this, how you're helping by donating sexual energy to raise money/awareness), up to you!

if you truly meant what you said, i'm going to have to agree. this *is* something of a sideshow - it's a diversion from the despair people feel *just* watching the news and the guilt they feel for not being able to do MORE for our fellow americans. the diversion comes in the form of sexual release - it's an online digital orgy, people participate, and people raise money for victims of the bigger issue of concern - in this case hurricane katrina.

personally, what could be better than helping out with this serious mess that tends to get us down, by doing something that gets you up (and off)? we're all well-versed in sex and pornography - why don't we use our talents to HELP while we're at it? warchild, i'm sure you weren't expecting a long serious response to (what i assume is) your rhetorical remark - but i think that my answer may help clear things up for others who may feel similarly, but are still open to helping raise awareness, and are curious as to how *they* can help. there are a lot of us out there, i am very excited thinking about the possibilities, the magnitude that this charity service could reach - and the support it will to provide to people who need it.
