Need non-exclusive/semi-exclusive content ASAP

Please read the following list, so you will know exactly what i need

need content for small sites within my paysites

1. must be great quality
2. must come in mpg, hi rez wmv and low rez wmv
3. clips must be broken down in 30 seconds to 90 second clips.
4. clips must also come broken in two three big parts.
5. must have all 2257 documents
6. must have at least a 80 pic set (would rather have pics, and not screen caps, but will settle for screen caps.
