sorry, fingers worked before brain and i used incorrect terminology, but correct concept---from the gizmo's fine print:

i would venture a guess that true resolution might be closer to 1 megapixal.

good stocking stuffer for the kids though.

FYI a Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II is 16.6 megapixel and cost around 7K$ US
