not quite sure what the point of that site/service is? call me stupid if you like, I even went to the FAQ section and am still lost...
so, if you have a fully functioning site you park it there and it makes you money or what? |

That's a parking service. You put domains there that you're not using, not domains domains that are a 'fully functioning site". You get paid per click.
