nobody visits the other forum, so i'm bringing it here where the people are..
i need some help with .htaccess..
i posted the questions in the webmasters forum, but not too much visits there//so, here's my questions if you would so kindly assist me.. thanks... i need help with 404 or error in general http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=517444 & image/hotlink protection & deny access to certain files & also need to deny anything that would run the bill up..any suggestions? http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=517441 |

I just went though my htaccess files and all the little things that were pissing me off are now corrected.

so all i do is put this text on a page e & name it .htaccess & that's it? easier than i thought..well, that's done..anyone wanna volunterr info to prevent hotlinking & bandwdith theft deterents deny access to certain pages/files etc? ErrorDocument 404 /errors/404.html |

Heres a hosted script that I use to create htaccess anti hotlinking code.
http://www.htmlbasix.com/disablehotlinking.shtml Sometimes the 1st one dosnt work - just use the 2nd option at the bottom and that normally does it. |
