Don't swear don't yell, even say please to them. Will book better results. You might also mention that you would like to receive service for the money you paid them and if not there company/services can be replaced.

Nah, be a friggin' gentleman/diplomat about it, even if you don't mean it. It's not like you're going to intimidate them through your keyboard or something, nor get your time back. Do your part 100%, and make a choice whether they will be assigned any more tasks in the future. You can always crack their skull open next time you stumble upon them face to face.

Great reply.

Actions speak louder than words. If you (Juicy) were reasonable with your dealings with them, then their lack of service = your lack of future cash flowing into their business. I have had several hosts who aren't getting any more of my cash because of a lack of service.

Then again, this thread is probably just leverage to piss someone off
