sorry if you think you're giving out secret info no one else knew, but submitpasses has this posted right on their front page:

can still decline your submission if it is not up to standards. If you would like

they even have the not a guranteed listing part underlined. i guess it still was too hard for you to figure out.

Ray i know of someone who would love to have one of the passes you speak of here, and hes more then qualified to submit.

Is it possible to transfer ownership, you get your money back, the tgp gets a submitter with gals it wants, etc etc.

Win, Win, Win...unless this is against submitpasses tos its one solution, (if the submitter is qualified why wouldnt they) , it would make someone money.

And there isnt a submit pass to a good site left stagnant permanently.
