Ok, so does this mean that if people are being charged for shit that happened during the hurricane, and Bush is taking responsibility, that he'll face charges?
I know he won't, but he should.

Why would he? The city didn't follow their own plan so the Mayor should go to jail ! The state wouldn't allow the Feds to come in until 5 days after the storm ! Note to self: The fucking gov't can't protect you so take care of yourself !
