I was watching it while I was at the gym.....criminal negligence? Is that what they're being charged with?

Yet say... a mayor.. or governor.. has no liability for not evacuating EVERYONE? maybe these people didnt want to leave? Is there evidence that they wanted evacuation before the storm but didnt get it?

This involves a nursing home. This doesn't suprise me a bit. Most can't take care of the elderly without a disaster being a factor.

The mandatory evac came 20 hours b4 storm hit, no way they could of evacuated everyone in time. The mayor should of ordered it at least 24 hours b4.

I think there are others who are far more responsible for what happened and must go to jail.
