Vid caps from a dvd - GoFuckYourself.com

I have a licensed dvd that I need to take some vid caps from. I am not happy with the ones I got from the mpegs.

What program is there for a pc to do this. I am a mac person, and don't even know where to look on my pc.

Any ideas

You can't actually pop in a DVD and do screengrabs. You have to rip the DVD to your desktop (As mpeg). Then whatever Video Editor you have gives you the ability to snatch from the screen as jpg or whatever... If you have windows xp. It comes with Moviemaker. Lil button above preview screen snatches from video...

OK how about taking a screen cap of my whole screen.
Like i said I can do it on a mac, just want to do it on a pc.
