Tech support over there is fine. Pick up phone call em , they fix shit for me on time all the time.

I recently got hosting from webair. sure it took awhile to get someone online, so i called on the phone tt diana, she was a great help & took care of me real quick.. next problem, patrick fixed it right away asap.. today i had an issue with .htaccess & tt matt who said he would take care of it for me (even though it's not part of his job) i think they're great-- :thumbsup keep up the good work WEBAIR ROCKS !!!
