My mouse hand hurts.

Anyone else having problems with repetitive stress?

I had bad pains in my wrist for about a year. Now the pain's gone but the wrist sounds like a bag of broken glass whenever I move it. Fine with me, as long as the pain stays away!

Trust me, you have carpal tunnel. I have it bad in both wrists. They pop and hurt like a bitch. Its gonna require surgery. They say its painless... yeah right.

Look up on google, exersizes/streaches for carpal tunnel syndrom,they really helped me.If you ride a motorcycle a lot you can get the same problems.I do both so its worse on me.

My sis had it done... was an outpatient procedure. She said she set and watched him do it.. no biggie at all she said.

Hey Neewwman...

I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel when I was just 19! LOL Shit happens, I guess. It's too bad I got it from being a game playing computer geek instead of stumbling onto the internet sooner or I'd be a tycoon :-) Get yourself some wrist braces to sleep at night and they'll help. It's important that you don't curl your hands up at night when you sleep. Also, pick up the supplement MSM, my dad swears by it's healing effect on joints and arthritis.

I have a wireless mouse and switch it back and forth, so I can become equally crippled in both hands.
