A lot of gallery makers are complaning about the too hard to follow rules of TGPs....but, why dont you make your galleries the way you want....and post to them anyway?

If everybody does that, then the TGPs will have to list galleries with more ads etc.

Some years ago, TheHun was listing paysites tour pages. But, some webmasters wanted to get listed on his site more often, so they began to post galleries with full size pics, then it turned to almost no ads...so he keeps listing the best galleries that he receives....

Just my 2 cents about the subject (damn, I have so much time to lose before I go downtown to drink some beers :D)

I already do make galleries with more ads than most tgp's say they allow, and half the time they do get listed. I make a gallery the way I think it will make me the most money, and if tgp's don't want to list it fuck them. I'm not going to waste my bw giving freeloaders pics without having a good amount of ads. I usually have 4-7 links on a gallery. Some places like al4a will never list a gallery like this, but other big ones like thumbzilla, call-kelly, sublime, and even the hun often do. I find that as long as you use good pics and the gallery looks good, it will get listings.

It's not so much that the rules are "too hard to follow," but they are bullshit rules to begin with.

I understand the need to tell people no pop ups etc...but one tgp calls for proper grammar usage when filling out the description and one won't allow you to use the word fuck along with a ton of other words.

And then let's not take into account those who only accept say hardcore, or min. of 20 pics etc...yeah let's just make it easier for those folks to get the good stuff without paying for it.

The reason for the "bullshit" rules is because of:

-people that submit the same fuckin gallery 5 times a day from different urls.

-pages that bookmark themselves,or change surfer's homepages.

tgps and galleries need to be surfer friendly. if a surfer goes to a gallery that has alot of pop-ups, he'll close that gallery page and leave the tgp which equals no money for anyone.

I will post anything that is not a banner farm.
Definition of a banner farm= more banners than pics.
I am slow to ban anybody from my tgp.I only do it if you change your gallery(ie add pop-ups) after you submit.

I have a small tgp and I don't have traffic like The Hun does or Zilla.But I try and I do my best.

There's no need to be shitty that one or several tgps won't post your gallery....just go to those that will

You will usually have better luck with smaller tgps.

My site doesn't exist without gallery owners. So I thank you all.

Give me a fucking break...now that's a bullshit rule...so is Richard Realm's no "Fuck" word policy while declining galleries for lack of nudity.

We (small tgps) try soooooo hard to get galleries that we really appreciate those who are willing to submit.Don't get me wrong, big tgps appreciate you too but can be more selective.

I think The Hun said it best.
A gallery with 10 pics and 4 banners can look better than a gallery with 20 pics and 1 banner, its all in the layout/presentation. (And notice the Hun doesn't have ANY rules about pics or banners etc, he just says "I list what I like")

Some people are really hard and fast about their rules (usually the less traffic someone has=the more of a jerk they are about little things) but most TGP owners and reviewers aren't counting links and thumbs when they look at a page.
The page either looks good or it doesn't.

My tgp might not ever amount to shit.I don't care!
I'm just glad to be able to say I tried and I met some cool people along the way.Making money from porn...what a fuckin life!!!

I have been helped by some of the "big boys" (The Hun and Zilla)and I am so impressed that they took the time to give me advice.

they probably get more "subs" in one day than I do in a week.
Maybe someday my tgp will be as big as RR or The Hun and you'll be bitchin about me ;)
