Did Paycounter go bad? - GoFuckYourself.com

I got an email telling me that The Hun has blacklisted paycounter because they redirect, pop consoles, and try to install software.
I lost a SHITLOAD of archived listings because all of my galleries had a paycounter on them and got deleted.

So did paycounter go the way of porngraph or is it one of those things where if you're already infected with spyware, the spyware detects the adult counter on the page and sends you to adult pop up hell?

I know alot of TGP's have banned counters altogether because if you're infected with spyware/adware you'll get console hell when you hit a page with an adult counter on it.

I'm just wondering if paycounter is the culprit here or if it's something else.....I dunno if I should go remove them from all of my pages or not.

I stopped adding counters to my galleries a few years ago. I judge my work by sales, not by who listed me.

Not saying anything bad in paycounter's direction, but I have come to expect that those who click on virtually any 3rd party counter are going to get popup hell, so I use them and place them accordingly.

Try emailing KC at paycounter dot com with your concerns, he's good people.
