business plan? What's your thoughts on it

just wondering the pros and cons of running business in certain way. i'm debating wether to work as:

An individual-
A DBA/sole propriortiship
A LLC
or a corp or inc

can someone tell me what the differences are as far as taxes go, & if going under one has particular benifits over the other.. Any reasons not to go with a particular one? thanks

At the moment, i work a full time job outside of this industry. I decided i am going back to making adult sites. right now the income is $0.. just planning ahead.. figured this would be the first thing for me to do, because i would have to register the domains under a name, & get an account under the name, etc...

Last time, i just used my name.. this time i wanted to go under a business name, just wondering if i should file a dba with the city, or file for a llc or corp/inc with the state & if i do that i'd need a fein for the banking & taxes etc.. so would have to file paperwork not just pick a name

LLC rocks, very flexible. Nevada is a good place to form it.
