I'm not sure who they think they can rip off with those auctions. If you're dumb enough to bid on something like that then Paypal will reverse the charges. I guess if they closed their Paypal account immediately after getting paid maybe...but that wouldn't work very well since it takes a few days for Paypal to transfer your funds to your bank account.
