I usally eat breakfast but havent done it recently just been eating alot of junk food and it's really starting to show :(

for the last 3 weeks I have been eating breakfast every morning along with 4 other small meals through out the days and I have lost 7 lbs so far, my goal is to lose 30lbs by January, so im 1/4 of the way there so far

Traditionally no but for the past few months I have been forcing myself to have cereal and a bit of fruit when I get up.
