Anyone encode Mpeg 1 files lower than 500 KBPS?
My encoder does not even allow me to encode a mpeg 1 file less than 500 kbps. I am using Procoder. I also tried inside of Vegas and that won't let me do it either. Just wondering if anyone encodes at a low bitrate with MPEG 1 and yes, then what software are you using?

Yeah I use wmv and QT for my own stuff but have a client who insists on MPEG 1.

				 | I use at least 700 Kb or 750 Kb bitrates for both wmv and mpeg-1 video files, never less. I believe Cleaner XL can do it, but I don't see the need for that low quality of a file. |
