oh i smoke and the day i started is easily the stupidest day of my life. i have little doubt it will kill me at least 10 years before i'm genetically programmed to. people bury their heads in the sand - if cigarettes had been invented today they would be illegal - far more than just lung cancer to worry about.

The trouble is I smoke a reef on the weekends and drink and go to the clubs.
I quit smoking cigs twice for a year each time,and unless I stopped going out to clubs where everybody hangs around the smoking section,quit the ganj and beer..I'll wouldn't have a life at all

i was a smoker from age 12-24, i quit on April 11th, 2005....im the last person i thought would quit smoking 2 packs a day (easily) but i got sick of the smell, the coughing, the price, how disgusting it makes a person look, yellow teeth, coughing up phlem, the way my apartment was always smelly & cloudy (espeically in the winter time.)

unforunately i do smoke. imagine that, everyone that ever told me not to start in my childhood was right.

it's really more about boredom most times for me than actually wanting a cig, or being stressed out. i seem to be hooked more on the repetive action that the actul effects.

On that note, my grandmother has just tried quitting again. I think she may be sucesful this time. She quit for 4 years after my mother passed away, but began smoking again.
She's on day 4 or so right now. She's been smoking for 45 years.

I roll my own, the quality of the tobacco is better and you can buy it by the pound for less than $15 That will last me 3 weeks or more.
