PlatinumBucks and Flashcash have check, wire transfer and epassporte options. Those are the first that come to mind (offshore).

If you're looking for like ONE thing, then epass -- but, there are ways to get more "custom" for particular countries, currencies and systems. In practice, having operated a large program that was just instituting epass, I would say I loved it. The epass decision was made to address the needs of those having trouble with wires, or too small to justify wire expense, or from a place where the physical takes weeks.

With our new affiliate system we will be paying via wire and check. Check only for those outside of Germany. Hope this answers your question

Seems like my question is not clear enough, my apologies.
Where/how do the non-US companies issue the checks for example?
I know FlashCash recently announced Electracash will be sending their direct deposits and checks.
I don't have a US company BUT I would like to pay the webmasters via check and direct deposit. How?
