				what is visa electron?
I'm sure this is a stupid question but I have members asking me to accept Visa Electron and I'm not sure what that is. Is there a reputable place that I can use to accept them on my site? |

				 | A good example of a Visa Electron is the Epassporte CC. And it works for me on the most processors such as epoch. |

Paycom accepts ePassportes Electron card. CCBill doesn't accepts ePassportes Electron card. If its for surfers and adult try talking to a paycom support person.

Got ya! Odd when processors can't handle Electron cards when millions use em every day in stores. I have one and never had a problem using it any country I've visited. Considering they are debit cards and funds have to be in the account, there is far less risk. I can see 2CheckOut having a problem with em - doubt they ever heard of a debit card!

				 | well, as far as i know, the electron cards' main purpose is/was 'PHYSICAL ELECTRONIC USE' translated:withdrawing from ATMs & paying in stores.

				 | Hi Guys... To clarify, ePassporte's Visa Electron is the physical plastic card, used at PLUS ATM's and points of sale where Visa is accepted. It may NOT be used online. OUr Classic, Virtual Visa is used for online purchases. All accounts include the Virtual Visa, the Electron is an additional purchase. Hope this helps! C |

Electron card is pretty much a debitcard, you can't use it if you don't have balance on your account.

its a card for use only on electronic devices. so the name and card number is not beveled so you can't run it through the manual paper printer | |
