Where is the best place online to get a background check on someone. Need one within the hour and only want to spend $50 or less

intelius is a great service to find ppl and information on them, my partner is doing right now some searches for me

edited: i'm not using backgroud checks, just ppl finder, but they have background check too and i suppose it's a great service too

Good idea, will keep that in mind for the people that owe me money. So Intelius is the best?
