    Is this page legal?

    Since Google doesn't have the models ID's and doesn't have a way of possibly documenting the pages and images they are on since the pages are all dynamically generated, isn't Google in violation of 2257?

                                      They do host the thumbs. I've deleted some to find out.

                                      But notice how you don't see any "Sponsor Links" or paid advertising at all in Google image search.

                                          Google does PUBLISH the thumb on a page. It doesn't say ANYTHING about HOSTING pictures, it says, PUBLISHING them!

                                          As in if I had a TGP like TunaParty.com and used all hosted thumbs, I'd still have to have model ID's because I published the TGP page that shows the thumbs.
