Solo site owners & operators.

Some of you are fantastic and have a very solid idea on how to run an affiliate program, hats off to those select few.
Now my gripe.
1. Please provide promotional content, besides hosted galleries. It may be hard to believe but not everyone runs a tgp. Some of us still would like to make our own free sites or galleries.
2. If you offer videos inside of your members area, could you also offer some promotional videos please. Just make sure you pay attention to number 1 above.
3. If you are going to mail all of the affiliates, or send them an ICQ or whatnot about a new site you have ready. Please have 1 and 2 listed above ready to go as well at same time. It really does suck to get a message about a new site only to find zero promo material. Some of us have a lot going on and we may forget to check back in a week or three to see if it is finally available.
4. Standard banners are nice to have, though not nearly as important as 1 and 2 above.

everyone runs an affiliate proggie nowadays, lots of ppl without any business sense too

I don't use ICQ anymore.

I am working on some text table ads that you can just copy and paste into your sites, will this help you? I have talked to a couple of others and they say this would be great... I should have a few up this evening for Getnaughtycash.com sites. This program is pretty new, and everything isn't in place yet, but I am starting to get more ads made for them that have more of a use for those that do NOT run TGPs, I used to run a lot of free sites myself and this worked out well for me, so I thought I'd make some of this type of thing for our affiliates.

Bump.
Some announce a solo site and when signing up they have nada promo. Not even FHGs. And if there is announced inside "new galleries added every week", then add it every week for god sake. There are thousands of paysites, so give it a good reason to return, or it will be forgotten.
Some also post more pics on surfer/webmaster boards (especially in the NN niche) than in their webmaster areas. IMO that is NOT how you make most sales

Do like the Nubiles program and their related sites. I'm sure they make sales, and its a good example of how to optimize marketing without the need for giving out passes

I just want raw content to do what I need with from use as content to making my own creatives.

That makes perfect sense. This is pretty much for any site I think with exclusive content. it's hard to use generic content to make ads to hit a site that is exclusive. Whether it is for solo girl sites or what, it's something I have seen MANY look over when doing sites with exclusive content on their sites.

Some have a grip on it, but so many don't. It doesn't matter if it is solo or not, people need to realize that exclusive means that special care needs to be taken to get ad materials and such to the affiliates. Their conversions would be so much better.

yeah and dont open a solo girl site and then close it a month later cause the girls mom & dad found out....for god sake have a bit of professionalism and dont waste eveybodies time. It seems every man and his dog is opening a solo girl site at the moment (regardless of if they know what they are doing).

A semi-pretty girl, does not a site make.

If you know what you are doing, and where you are going, an affilliate program isn't necessarry

NICE THREAD!

Our solo girls are coming out as we speak...they will be a part of the site by shooting weekly and appearing twice a week in cam shows....

So far the first one's conversions are CRAZY and you can get any type of promo material you need with just the drop of an icq or email...if it is not in the affiliate area...i will MAKE it for you....
