The new G5's and other Apple tech like the xSAN appeal to me somewhat but i don't think i'd replace our PC network entirely with Apples.
The PC network and other systems we run includes Apples machines but we find PC networks are easier to customise to whatever purpose we have.. eg; running industrial document scanners.. crunching massive database converions.. We can also order parts from a PC hardware distributor and easily build our own systems to suit our needs at a fraction of Apples monopolised reseller prices.
Apples are great for art and music.. but if you want to push either of these mediums to a cutting edge.. open your wallet and leave it open..
