Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed.

Xoops CMS - Any Opinions?

I am in need of a simple CMS. I was looking at Drupal and others but Xoops seems to be the most mentioned to help non-programmers run a site themselves. Any opinions?

It's a learning curve if you aren't used to running CMS systems, but it is probably the most straightforward CMS out there. The admin interface is reasonably intuitive, and there are a lot of third party modules available for free.

It's great for php programmers as well - the module system is the best I've seen yet.
