Dennis Miller's a sellout.

George Carlin used to be funny, but now he's just a mean old man. I still like him, though.

Bill Hicks is my favorite political comedian.

Another comedian who needs to be mentioned is Dave Schappel... he's goddamn funny in his standup.

I liked Bill Cosby when he was young.

Stories like Chicken heart or when he put a bullet in a furnace at school.

Classic shit!

To bad he isnt even funny any more.

Billy Connelly. His stand up stuff.. Not that crap sitcom he did in the US. They didn't let him do his stuff.. They sanitised him.

Also Frank Skinner and Barry Humphreys.
And the guys that have been doing "Whose Line is it Anyway" for the past 15 years... Ryan Stiles and Colin Mockery.

Jason.

Funniest show ever....

Second City... SCTV

John Candy, Andrea Martin, Harold Ramis, Eugene Levy, Catharine O'Hara, Dave Thomas, Martin Short, Joe Flahrety, Rick Moranis...

I like the OLD Saturday Night Live... but Second City was far and away my favourite.

Eddie Izzard and George Carlin. -

Izzard's "Dress to kill" and Carlin's performance on the tribute hosted by John Stuart are simply outrageously funny - nothing compares to them.

Izzard's "Dressed to Kill" is the shit!! The first time I saw it I was stoned as an adulterous jew and just happened to stumble on it on HBO. I caught it about halfway through and I had no idea what the fuck I was watching. For the first few minutes I was asking myself "what the fuck is up with this dude/dudet?". Then he started in with that hiemlich shit and I laughed so hard I almost pissed myself. The Ingleberg Humperdink bit is classic.
