as i understand this, this is for webmasters using RS, that dont want RS to submit to the sites listed. They want to do them manually. Do these new sites actually take submits or do they just harvest them from other sites?

Anyway, if you think about it, you can see which sites submit pages would be best to advertise on. Auto submitters dont read ads very well ;)
