Okay, here's my sitch:

I started out a few years back learning html and posting galleries.
Been a free site builder for some time, the only tgp stuff I do regularly are reviews for PornShare. When I need cash now I take the odd web design job for mainstream businesses (mostly crap - mainstreamers don't know jack about design or function).

I intend to hit the mainstream publishing market by next year. Planning to publish stories in the comic and children's books genres and doing whatever it takes to get there.

For instance: I'm just beginning work on a small content site and will be producing original hentai style images in the next few weeks (my real world mentors include working artists from hb and the mouse company). This gives me a chance to draw again while keeping the money coming in.

In the next five years I see myself firmly planted in the director's chair, filming the stories I've been telling my friends and family all my life.

I'm reading anything and everything I can get my hands on about this business.

I at this moment am a lowely "gallery maker" but do some avs and free sites as well.

My plan is to slowly build on what I hope to be a stable business foundation...and work myself up to a paysite eventually...I already have a few excellent concepts along with excellent domains to go with them...However I just don't have the financial resources to do so at this time.

I put in no less than 12 hours a day...it is in fact much more. I get on average 4 hours sleep from about 7 am to 11 am...if I'm lucky I get a half hour nap in later.

My social life is shit, my health is shit because I am pouring anything and everything I've got to offer this world into this work in hopes that eventually the rewards will eventually outweigh the effort....LOL

I feel like I have a ways to go but am learning new skills each and every day.

My long term goal is to have more choices in my life. Sure we all have choices now...but sometimes those are limited by simple economics.

Maybe with my continued effort & the lots of help I've been getting from friends, I will soon reach that goal..

I went from a single free site & a handful of galleries & one avs site to a few free sites, several hundred galleries, 6 avs sites, & a free host...
I've been doing alot of research into paysites, & this will be my next project since I was inspired to do such from my pals AMP & Gary over at porn- matrix.com...

Over these past few months I have been experimenting with just about everything this industry has to offer, other than operating a paysite, being a content provider, or being a sponsor..
so, paysite will be next & of course a partnership program to have all you GFY'ers push it for me..lol

I have a degree in photography, so content provider wouldnt be too far out of reach, other than being married & not having the funds to pay models, it could be done, but that's an area best left to the professional content providers til my feet are more firmly planted in this ever changing & growing biz.....

Also, part of my plan includes learning how to do better with graphics...

It's a long road ahead of me, but I am not stopping...
I am hitting a streak of luck this past week or two & it just keeps getting better...

damn thats a tough one I will have to get back to you on that one.

Ok here it goes . This is nothing more than a hobby for me . I've been doing this for 5 years now and have played around with every aspect of the biz . My wife gets more excited than me when a check arrives hell I haven't cashed one in two years . It's her mad money . I'm one of the few people that enjoy there job in the real world . In five years I'll still be doing this and then maybe not one thing that I do know is I'll be just as happy with what ever I choose to do

Hmmm...Its a funny question...and a serious answer...I personally work every fucking angle I can. I got a day job and I work the weekends and nights and every spare fucking moment I got...I look into my babies eyes...and I wonder if I scramble hard enough...I plan on being set financially by the time she may have a single inkling what human sexuality is. Yea, 3 months old a brand new one...and a scorpio lke me. Which means she'll be able to tear me down by the age of 3. Every god damn opportunity I persue is a means to an end...I got lucky with matrix and my day job ain't all that cool...but I support my family...my wife don't work and we don't starve. In fact we live the good life compared to 1/2 the people I know...but that ain't good enough I wan't more...not because I'm greedy but because I want more than what I got...ALWAYS! Live is too fucking short to be content EVER.

Where have I been?
I started in the business in August of '99, with no other intentions but to help my husband pay the bills and be able to raise my kids at home instead of putting them in a daycare so I could work away from home just to pay the daycare bill for 4 kids. Built a huge free site of "I showed you mine now you show me yours" type thing targetting women. I did that for a long time, did every crazy ass thing I could do to get attention to my site, from selling panties, to ass ads. Made a decent sum of money, but wasn't getting rich by any means. I had VERY basic HTML knowledge and NO idea of the Adult Industry and how it was run, or how much work I was in for.

Not many know this, but I can't work outside the home, I had a back injury that they say resulted from childhood abuse, 3 herniated disks, and a heart problem, so while I had like 5 Drs tell me I would never hold a job again, I couldn't get on Disability because one of these Drs basically shot my case down because I wouldn't let them operate........ when you can walk, however crooked or however much pain, but when you CAN walk but they only give you a 50/50 that you will be fixed or be in a wheelchair, that 50/50 didn't sound like good ods to me, when I can no longer walk, those odds will sound VERY good, but not now. LOL So I struck out to find something I could do to stay at home and make some money to help my hubby who was struggling to take care of me and my 4 kids. I HAD to do something to help him, it was killing me watching him struggle.

I learned from some of the best in the business, and you know who you are, so I won't type in that long list, it is early and I know I would forget someone very important. LOL Struck a deal with a very dear friend to run traffic for about 6 months, I did everything from evaluate traffic on TGPs, to SEs, to anything to do with traffic and where to get the BEST traffic.

In August of 2001, I was approached by Brian from WebmasterCommerce.com about working for him, I hadn't dabbled much in dialers but it was a new challenge and I was flattered to have been asked so I gave that a shot....... He allowed me the room to grow as a webmaster and financially. I had alot of freedom to pretty much do as I needed to do to advance in the business............ learning to install scripts and such.

In early 2002, I was approached by a friend I hold VERY dear to my heart about working with and for him, I had met him almost instantly upon my arrival to PornCity BBS in October of 99, so I had developed a very close friendship with this one here........ He was my one softspot from the word go. At any rate, he approached me about being the Assistant Manager and his right hand in his Company. It was a higher position than what I had where I was and with more money and more responsibility...... not to mention I would have even more room to grow and expand my own knowledge, so I gave my notice to WC and on May 1,2001 I started working for Vector Force and Varadox Communications. This made MY life complete as I was FINALLY getting to work with someone I had been trying to work with since 1999.

Now I am manager over several employees and ALL clients on both companies, and BOY is it ever some work. We have been thru some rocky roads and seen HELLA-GROWTH, boy was my work ever cut out for me. BUT Don is the best Boss I could ever have asked for, he gives me room to grow in areas I never dreamed possible, allows me chances I never thought I would have in this business and financially? Well I am not making millions, this was never what I was after....... but I am living more comfortable than I have ever lived in my life, my kids want for very little and we no longer live in public housing or on food stamps......... It has allowed me to make enough where it allowed my hubby to quit his day job and come to work with us, so he is now with Vector/Varadox as well.

Where do I want to be in 5 years? I don't want anything fancy or to live in some mansion somewhere in some elegant place....... I simply want to pay my house off in 5 years so IF something ever does happen with our Internet jobs, which I don't see happening but one never ever knows what the future holds for us......... but if I have my house paid for, then my bills will be so minimal that I won't need to worry about paying them.

I want to provide my kids with all the opportunities they want to make them excel in THEIR lives without worrying whether we have the money to let them do this or that, they will just know that whatever they want to do, we will be able to provide the routes they need to take to get there.

I think that about covers it............. no? LOL

oh yea!, making galleries, and building a "worthless" flash tgp.

Today I scooped some dogshit from the top of my yard where my dogs obviously favored relieving themselves over the course of the winter. Snow melted today finally, and the brown packages (not left by UPS) were sitting in wait.

My long term goals are to open the phone book and hire someone to come and scoop the dogshit in my yard through the spring and summer.
