I think he's in very dire straights... even CNN has been reporting 'the truth 'more & more than they normally ever would.

Unfortunately however, once CNN did that, I noticed a decrease in the amount of people who seemed to care what was going on down there. Its like ...as long as the national newscasts were hiding the 'juicy drama tidbits' then the people were curious, hunting for the information & then getting angry about it. Once it was openly displayed, suddenly it was "Oh, well people know about it so it must be alright"

I hope the American people look at this & know that it is unacceptable and do something about it... Not just the hurricane but take some action & let the government know that NO it is NOT okay that US Citizens die en masse while they are on vacation & debating other things, when a crisis like this happens, it should have PRIORITY! And not Priority 5 days after the fact, but IMMEDIATELY after the fact.

The safety & well being of the American Citizens SHOULD be FIRST AND FOREMOST on the governments agenda, and this has clearly displayed that right now, it is not. Their response was lax, and even the President acknowledges that. Government guns were turned on American citizens, and that is unacceptable. When are people going to wake the fuck up???

I don't know how it works in the United States but in my country elections are often made earlier than they are supposed to be if the knesset (=parliament) decides so...
