    Gas still costs 2.65 everyone is ripping you off

    I just bought a car from the largest dealership in the country. They sell 3k new cars a month, and they have their own gas pumps as a bonus for buying your car their.

    The gas they sell at cost to them, minus the expenses for electricity. I went yesterday and they were charging 2.62 I called in today and it's at 2.65. I asked why he was a dollar cheaper than everyone else and he mentioned it had nothign to do with gas prices but with what they could get away with charging.

    I just called again now to make sure I wasn't hearing things and again it's 2.65 a gallon.

    So tell your gas stations off when you look at the prices.

      Wholesale prices are up, do some research. Gas is even up in Canada to keep up with the US pricing.

          What is Apu going to do when everyone is yelling at him about gas prices at his counter? Put in a call to the Oil companies?

                  Prices are goign up aroudn the country, but not like they are saying. that was my point.
                  I live in florida, it is impossible for one Amaco station to charge 3.34 and the one a mile down teh road charges 4.10 and they're both AMACOs.
                  It's called price gouging they are making a huge profit and people are still buying gas.

                  It's panic that's what's causing this jus tlike the stock market crash in 29... you guys want to keep contributing to this?
