Strange, I just zipped over to Dunkin Donuts and the corner gas station was filled with people filling up. Never seen that before at 5AM.

The government doesn't control gas prices and it doesn't take anyone special to say it's going to go up, it already has. In some places it's already $5. Your cousin is late.
