If you guys dont understand these types of transactions please dont comment on them. Donovan if you Re read the filing...the $35,000 is what we paid release the private corp from the public corp and it was a stock give back.
The purchase price that was paid to us to sell off 110 Media and Web1000 is not in the particular 8K filing
