MobBucks was sold to Tim, et. so that they could better promote the program on the boards and avoid any SEC issues of corporate directors directly promoting MobBucks. The Sarbans-Oxley Act prevents corporate directors issuing glowing reviews of the company.

Anyway.. Ray and I owned the public company 110 Media Group, which owned the subsidiary Web100 and Jade Entertainment Group. Jade owns Mobbucks. Ray and I sold off 110 Media Group and Web1000, put some cash in our pockets and kept the private company Jade Entertainment Group which own Mobbucks. So, absolutely nothing has changed except for the fact that we dont have to follow the SEC rules and regulations anymore...
