"sweet" jimmy, huh? Your prison name? Bet Your asshole is the size of a grapefruit!

Hey Sweet Jimmy...

Your posts about copyright are about as ignorant as any I've seen here! You obviously don't have a clue.

I agree that he doesn't have a clue. From looking at his site, it seems he wants to make money, but he could care less if anyone else did.
I am sure he has no clue that models get from $75 and up for a shoot. (I should know) And then there is cost in products such as film and the price to develop it. The don't give that stuff away.
Then to take the time to scan in the photos, burn them to CD.
And the content providers have NO for sure guarantee that they will even sale enough of the content to make a profit. Employees do not sit around and work for nothing, the power company does not provide power for free, or any of the other utilities.
If it was not for these content providers, SJ would be up shit creek for sponsors.
There was no way I was posting under his message thread and give him another credit. It seems he just wanted to stir up shit to get a long thread going. Screw that!

ROFL Wanda... that's why I started this thread

Even I hadn't thought of all the time that goes into CD production (even though I've produced 20 Volumes of Select Web Pics ) so I'm glad you spelled it all out for everyone!

Skitz your so full of shit you'd need a plunger to have a conversation. You're always trying get the longest thread going by saying some stupid shit you obviously don't believe.

It seems to me YOU are the ones that don't have a clue about copyrights. You see that picture at the top Page. Thats a violation of copyrights. You don't need a copyright symbol to claim on copyright infringement. You just need a way to prove its yours.

Pictures in books and magazines have copyrights on them for the authors life and 50 years after his death. You know, so his fucking kids can get rich.

Originally copyrights were made with physically, written or produced objects in mind. Now, in the computer age, the means of production are not controlled by big business. An artist can give every man in the united states a copy of his work within minutes and with minimal cost. As far as making a living on it artists today should look to voluntary payment for their work. Stephen King tried that shit for a while.

The fact of the matter is that you can't stop people from "stealing". There will always be a new Napster or Gnutella or Freenet to deal with.

You can stop them though, if you're like skitz, and you wan't a facist, Orwellian society watching your every move. Half the world would be in jail now if Skitz had his way. Luckily Skitz has never downloaded music from napster or violated any copyright laws on the internet. Skitz is a motherfucking model citizen. I salute you Skitz.

"Stephen King tried that shit for a while."

And you've noticed that he's back to paperbacks on the shelf? That's because even though some people paid for it, many didn't. I did a thing with my band where we gave away trial CDs and if the liked it, they could pay for it. If not, they could send it back. I had to stop cuz we kept getting stiffed. All payment systems are, in fact, voluntary. If you want it, you pay for it. If you don't want to pay for it, you don't get it. People, like yourself, wouldn't voluntarily pay for something they got, because they'd figure someone else would do it. Unless we can go back to a system of patronage, you know, like in the Dark Ages, artists and holders of intellectual property need to have a way of being compensated for their work.

And just because others do something doesn't mean it's right.

Who is asking you shitheads to burn your pictures onto CD? You two seem to live under this delusion that it's your divine right to use the internet as a medium for commerce.

Sure if you can make some money on the net good for you. But don't go crying to your lawyer about how your pics got stolen when you put them on the web yourself. The internet is mankind's greatest invention. It wasn't made for wall street brokers and porn peddlers. At the very least its a tool that serves for the betterment of humanity.

Why don't you people just let go? Find a new way to do business. Innovate. Stop wasting tax dollars on obstructionist legal manuevering that going to keep antiquated copyright laws enforced only in the united states. I'd like to see apic sue a russian webmaster.

Go crying to my lawyer, lamebrain, I simply was making a reply about your whiny ass.
I don't have to go crying to my lawyer. Unlike the girls in your stable who have to come crying to you because they think you can protect them. Just because you go using items which do not belong to you in the first place, don't expect us all to just keep our mouth shut.
Some of us have a little higher standards then to fuck others over, or play fucking mind games on people. I guess I can not blame you for all your crying. When I look at your site, I am surprised you make anything. I would have to say that I think a 12 year old could design something that looks better then that waste of bandwidth you call a site.
Or wait.. maybe that is the problem, you are a 12 year old, and your nick comes from yo mama talking to you, "here's my sweet jimmy now".

ROFL.......... Jimmy "Sweet Piece" ... you really ARE a piece of work!

I use Napster, and have lots of "borrowed" music.

I used to have a HUGE Celebrity site. The pics and video are still online, but not linked to anything.

I'm not at all interested in telling people what to do.

I was just replying to your moronic posts, that show how fucking ignorant you are.

One image on a site does little damage to a copyright holder, and so who gives a shit.

Vintage Porn is all violated copyrights, but obviously the owners are not concerned about losing money.

But, modern-day photographers, like Stephen Hicks (who i worked with when I was at CEN), and Steve Easton, and others who RELY on the sale of the images they produce, are truly robbed when total fucking losers like you steal their shit.

Frankly, if I saw your site, and saw that it was full of stolen images, I'd turn your ass in because your such a worthless sack of shit, not because of some legal principle.
